Congrats on great start! Sunburn and blister report will hopefully continue to be a couple of zeroes. Cheers, my man! Good work!

Nice meeting you at the hostel!
I notice you’re in Jax now, we found a pretty cool coffee shop there on the way back from Brunswick, Bold Bean Coffee Roasters.
I also snagged quite a few photos of the hostel, if you want any, you can find me on Twitter: @ChandaLouise

Yeah. I’m a little surprised by how I feel. Not so much wow amazing as kind of like of shit now I am going to LA. Not sure exactly what is going on in my head with that, but there is something in there needing to be dissected, acid dressed and dried in the sun with some tropical fish and wind.

Wow, all the way to Alabama! Hope all is going well. How many peals have you taken off your personal onion? I’m still working on mine!

I would say this trip has taken off two large peels and a few more smaller ones 🙂

Wow, out of Florida! You really put some miles down here and you’re about to hit 3,000! I’m just getting back in (on) the saddle myself and the more crap I deal with the more I can see some miles being laid down. Someday soon we’ll meet up again and do some riding bud!

I sure am. I spent about two months there total and had a great time meeting people and exploring. I found Florida really interesting. I’m glad to hear you are getting out on your bicycle more. I very much look forward to hanging out again!

I rode 25 miles the other day and I was swearing and cursing the whole way. You are a man’s man.

Glad to hear you are on your bike. It’s not the miles it’s the fact you are out having fun, I hope, on your bicycle.

Texas is sure getting hit with the rain. Have you seen any of the flooding?

For sure. Yesterday on the way from Camp Wood to Brackettville I crossed a flooded creek and the normally dry West Fork of the Nueces River. Luckily the water was just low enough that I could wheel my trailer across by hand without getting water in it.

Is it all down hill from the Continental Divide, at least for the rest of the day?
